MAMMA MIA
"But it was Stephanie Lynge, in the role of Sophie's mother, Donna, who had the richest role and made the most of it. Clowning it up with two former members of her music group, staying at the inn to attend her daughter's wedding, Lynge delivered a nearly show-stopping rendition of the ABBA anthem, "Dancing Queen.” Even more touching and bittersweet was Lynge's performance of "The Winner Takes It All,” sung to the former lover she is still most smitten with."
~ John Brandenburg, The OklahomianSHE LOVES ME
"Stephanie Lynge gives a winning turn as Amalia. In a scene where Lynge runs around in her pajamas, franticly hunting for her shoe, she has the firely quality that – one imagines – made broadway audiences fall in love with the young Mary Martin."
~ Mark Wood, The OregonianAN O. HENRY CHRISTMAS
"Stephanie Lynge plays both female leads, Della in “Magi” and Sue in “The Last Leaf” and does so with two extrodinarily fine characterizations. Further, her characters are so warm, so alive, that it is difficult to imagine that she is NOT exactly whom she proposes to be, despite the fact that we have already seen her in one character before she appears as another entirely different one [in act 2]."
~ Alan Hall, thestream.com
"I had been out of the singing world for quite a while and when I started working with Stephanie, I immediately regained my confidence. I also felt like I was getting a perfect balance of technique training and a real-world sensibility that was going to help me up my game for auditions. She guided me with ease and constructive criticism."
~ Brad, NYC"Stephanie brought her enthusiasm, experience and real-world sensibility to her teaching and really used the time she had with us. She was interested in learning who we were as individuals; she invested in us, and I always felt genuinely supported. Her acting training stressed the passion and immediacy we always need to have to do our best work. It was such a valuable semester."
~ Hana, Indiana University"Before working with Stephanie, I was unsure as to what was expected from me in the world of professional theatre. Through Stephanie’s class, I gained the knowledge, confidence, and skills which helped me book two regional shows right after graduation! Thanks Stephanie!!"
